Education: I attended Triton College for a semester in Spring, 2011. I was enrolled in Mrs. Roberts Beauty Academy and will be a 2010 graduate in December.

I am a 2009 graduate from Proviso West High School.

Work Experience: May,2012 – Current I am a pt cashier at Burlington’s Coat Factory in Villa Park, IL. I work in customer services, I also assist other departments on the floor with recovery and stock.

January 11,2011 – July/2011 I became an employee at Payless Shoe Store, in Broadview, IL. My job title was PT Sales Associate, and my duties were cashier, overall customer service throughout the store, assisting customers which their selections, recovery, and scanning for markdowns and inventory.

In08/2010 - 11/2010 I was a employee at Spirit Halloween Store in Broadview, IL. I worked as a Sales Associate. My task consist of cashier, fitting room, stocking, inventory, cleaning store, unloading packages from the dolly, retail and customer service. I enjoyed my job and my team members.

July, 2009 –Dec 2010 I was employed at Chameleon Display Handbags in Forest Park IL. CDH is a woman accessories company and I answered high volume calls for the company as a customer service rp & receptionist and clerical work, scanner for markdown and inventory.

In Sept.2009 - Sept. 2010 I was enrolled in Cosmetology school as a student. I attended class where we did practical work book study, then go on the shop floor where we perform stylist or services on the assigned client. We learn new skills every day. This is more like a voluntary job because we do not get paid but we learn and get school hours.

Skills: I have a CPR & First Aid Certificate, received December 2011.

I have good communication skills, personal ethics and computer skills; excel, power point and typing.
