Maintaining the received Documents from the client with respect to the Log issued by the consultant or client. Managing the CAD team documents including the sub contractors’ drawings and documents.

Studying the Architectural drawings like Plan, Elevation and Section in coordination with the finishing schedule. Checking & studying the above in coordination with the Structural and MEP related drawings for the suitability of the architectural features like the space for household equipments and furniture layout.

Creating shop drawings from concept design drawings provided by the architect/client for false ceiling like Cornish detail at ceiling junction, wall connection etc, Wall cladding using wood, marble or granite and preparing pattern design drawing to facilitate production/cutting and erection team.

Studying and preparation of above procedure for evaluating and pointing out all discrepancies in terms of dimension, size or against architectural view points & reporting the same to the client/consultant either in the form of Request for information or technical query.
