Project Cost Control / Project Engineer Role (From 2004 to 2008):

Performed main role for preparing schedule of values, managing monthly payment from client, managing invoices from sub-contractors, suppliers, monthly reporting for project financial status on a setup budget through EAC (Estimate at completion), dealing closely with company’s accounts department. Was also involved in negotiating change order from client and as well as sub-contractor’s change orders.

Was responsible for taking notes for meetings, publishing meeting minutes. Assisted Technical Director / Program Manager for preparing draft for the correspondences, reports.

Performed co-ordination between client and design AE firm for the design of cofferdam, access shaft, CIP Lining, RCP Box culvert for site location, design data, design drawing review, As-built drawing review for the project DWS-849.

Also performed the construction site supervision, reviewing daily reports for field inspectors, Was responsible for setting up budget, schedule of values and change order management, preparing RFI etc. Co-ordinated with subcontractors, clients and field supervisors and project managers for construction complexities and issues. Also involved in preparing pre-construction and construction submittals, preparing close out documents and as-built drawings review.
