on product and sales was a large part of my responsibility. Managed approximately
1500 Investment Sales Representatives. In addition, required to approach new
Institutions with the intent of integrating our products into their system.
1994-1999: Independent Financial Marketing Group, Purchase, NY – Managing Sales
Director. Primary responsibility was to ensure the success of 300+ Investment
Banking Sales Representatives for NatCity Investments in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky
and Pennsylvania. When I took over the account average monthly production was
$4,000,000 in Annuity sales. One year later average monthly production was up to
$13,000,000. As Managing Sales Director I was required to hire and motivate
successful sales people, develop goals, forecasting, track sales and implement our
system. Extensive training and marketing required to ensure immediate success.
Prior to running NatCity’s program, I was the Managing Sales Director for Keybank’s
Investment program. Keybank was comprised of 80+ Investment Representatives.

Independent Financial) incentive trip for top producers.
