COR (certificate of recognition) certification with the BC Forest Safety Council was required, and I was responsible to ensure that PCLS passed this safety audit by demonstrating compliance with all applicable Health & Safety regulations. I managed first aid attendants, supervisors, union workers, and reported directly to the owners. I was responsible for the safe working environment of 2 dry land log sorts, water sorting personnel, and leading the safety committee. [Audit was successful.]
