> Supervised the onsite development of a sand filter system for a large reservoir.

> Graded compacted clay soils, installed 2500 feet of 36’’ RCP and installed 10 manholes

> Placed 2 feet of clean sand on the base of clay and covered with clay materials.

> Placed 4,000 tons of sand on drainage system per day, total sand required was approximately 100,000 tons to complete the drainage system.

> Managed the daily operations of a large scraper fleet excavating (cut/fill) and placed approximately 30,000 cubic yards of soil per day on foundation and base slopes of the reservoir. Project required over 6 million cubic yards of soil to be excavated, placed and stockpiled to complete the reservoir.

> Provided leadership, safety and supervised the excavation, transportation and disposal of approximately 300,000 cubic yards of contaminated soils (jet fuel) from the Stapleton Airport in Denver, Colorado.

Directly responsible for the P&L management, compliance, safety and project development for four landfills in the Colorado landfill market. Two landfills are located in the Denver market, one in Colorado Springs and one owned by Mesa County and operated by BFI.

> Developed and implemented a successful bird mitigation program that completely eliminated seagulls from the Tower Road Landfill located adjacent to the Denver International Airport.

> Implemented company standard compliance programs that included file systems, landfill inspections, documentation and annual corporate compliance and safety audits.

> Provided construction management services for the Rocky Mountain Division that included project development, facility construction, land development and long term planning for a large material recover facility to process recycle materials for this market area.

> Market area produced approximately $100 million in annual revenues.

> Received Rocky Mountain Division award for most improved District in the market area that included Colorado, Montana, Utah and Idaho.

> Managed and supported consultants to produce Engineer Design and Operations Plan required to meet the new Subtitle D Regulations.
