New York City Off-Track Betting (OTB) 1981 – 2010

2006 – 2010 - Electrician Technician – responsible for setting up and troubleshooting networks, installing flat screen TV’s and PA systems which involved running cat 5, coax and fiber optic cables in all branches and at headquarters. Evaluated, repaired and maintained the betting terminals and computer equipment throughout the OTB New York five boroughs.

1998 – 2006 – Supervisor, Building Custodian – responsible for training and supervising all field Junior Building Custodians in the classroom and in the field. Supervised branch openings, special race days, and promotions to ensure appropriate professionalism as it relates to community relations.

1990 – 1998 – Motor Vehicle Operator – delivered warehouse supplies to all branch locations in all five boroughs. Supervised special project custodial teams, resolved branch problems and reported those problems to management at headquarters. Prepared weekly reports of items relieved from inventory and provided to branch locations.

1981 – 1990 – Junior Building Custodian – responsible for the maintenance and cleaning branches throughout the OTB organization.
