• Identify process improvement opportunities that will enhance production, energy efficiency, product quality, and environmental performance.

• Involve in development of Process Design basis, Inputs and outputs for different process schemes.

• Carried out Key Equipment design and sizing of Tanks, pumps & vessels like reflux drums, heat exchanger design.

• Preparation of PFDs, PID’s, utility line diagrams, equipment list, line list & instrument index, as per standards/codes and as per client requirements.

• Preparation of data sheets of various equipments like tanks, separators, columns etc & specification of bought-out items like Pumps, PHEs, cooling towers, boiler house, demisters and Technical Evaluation of the vendor offers.
