Human Resources Business Partner – Director Operations North America (2009 – 2012)
Develop, and direct the implementation of Human Resource strategies, programs, policies and processes in support of Operations, Supply Chain Management, Quality and Purchasing activities for North America. Support and execute business strategies and models, organizational capabilities, staff competencies, change processes, to effectuate the implementation of the Industrial, Warehousing and Distribution Roadmaps, and Purchasing restructuring activities. Direct/oversee: talent management, organizational design and capability, employee and labor relations for PLNA (Phillips Lighting North America).
• Supported and directed HR activities in the evolution and realization of the industrial roadmap, consolidating/restructuring from 43 to 23 locations in less than three years while maintaining employee engagement within the organization and within budget requirements.
