This was a bid Contract for the US Postal Service - handling mail transportation equipment, receiving, sorting, warehousing and shipping. We moved 1200 pallets per day with 50-65 trailers per day of unprocessed equipment and then unload, sort, warehouse and ship out 50-65 trailers per day to various post offices and businesses.

I was given the task to increase pickup production and eliminate 3 routes. I was given a time line of 6 weeks to plan and execute, instead within

one month I was able to eliminate 4 routes and reduce costs while maintaining pickup production KPI’s.

- Monitor drivers’ time and attendance to minimize overtime and ensure drivers did not exceed limits
