Job Profile:

As Cluster Incharge, I have to take care of smooth operations of entire 100+ sites in my cluster with over 170+ tenants (operators). The Job profile includes:

Project and Planning Management:

Feasibility of any new site / sharing site, Planning the same from infrastructure point of with Tower load validations and electrical load calculations, Implementation / deployment of infrastructure as per Tower Vision Standard. To complete and declare the site as RFI. Proactive approach to increase the tenant in the existing tower.

Vendor Management:

To get the infra complete / upgrade from different vendors and to declare the site as RFAI (ready for active installation) for different operators. To facilitate the operators and help them to radiate the site as soon as possible.

Fuel & Energy Management: To take care diesel and electricity utilization, payment of EB bill on tine and to reduce pilferage to minimize operational cost, and to bill the OPCOs as per utilizations.

Operations and Maintenance:

Smooth operations of sites under my cluster with maximum network availability and minimum downtime, To take care of Preventive and periodic maintenance of Battery bank, Power Plant,PIU,DG, Airconditioner,of sites, security management for security of sites with security vendor, estate management to take care of rent payment of land lords on time.

Project Management and Technical Services:

To monitor all the aspects of Telecom rollouts for Indore circle and necessary documentation and report submission..

Installation and Commissioning:

Reviewing engineering layouts, technical specifications, execution estimates for the installation & commission.

Supervising Implementation of tower foundation and Tower erection, Shelter foundation and Shelter Erection.site, Electrical equipment installation and commissioning(DG,Power Plant,Air conditioner,Battery Bank, PIU, Alarm Mux, Fire Alarms System) With compliance of Health and Safety Guidelines.

Acceptance Test with Customer representative.

Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the projects.

Undertaking up gradation, renovation & modification of existing equipments / utilities.

AT (Quality audit) and , verification of invoices by vendors and to send it to Finance.

Duration : 30.06.2005 to 04.07.06 in which last two months worked in the back office as MIS.

Job Profile: Installation, Commissioning and Integration of RBS 2206 Ericcson BTS. External alarm generation of single BTS cell sites. Doing Acceptance test with the customer BSNL. Call testing on all the TRXs of each sector, BCCH recovery test, and call handover test.
