System is configured to track client engagements, product benchmarks, defining master plans (internal & external). Apart from that, tracking the time spent on customer facing pre-sales activities and linking them to calls and bugs associated. Objectives covered part BW-Analytics includes providing Engagements and PLL (Product Line Lead) dashboard based on security profile, color coding in association of various pre-sales attributes, includes statuses (sales and technical), time spent on engagement & trends (winning/losing) etc. Another analytics initiative includes, providing time spent dashboard which has roll up and drill down capability to show time spent by customer activities (pro-active, reactive, pre-sales and consulting etc), by region, time spent on products etc.

• Managers Self Service (MSS) Analytics: MSS project involved implementation of reporting dashboard in SAP Business warehouse where managers and HRMs can see predefined employee metrics summarized based on SAP Info types for direct and indirect reporting employees.

• CRM Combined Time Analytics: Project provided true integration of time elements from SAP CRM (Part of engagements) for their customer focused activities, with human resources hierarchy in data warehouse. It helped compensation analyst save two week of works every fiscal quarter.

• CRM Skills Matrix and Availability Analytics: Skills and Availability matrix product project is developed for Synopsys global customer support center. Comprehensive dashboard is produced to display support engineer skills level along with future availability along with other key attributes.

• SAP CRM 4.0 & BW upgrade: Managed techno-functional upgrade. Responsibilities included feasibility study, fit gap and impact analysis on complete CRM-BW Configurations. Managed team of technical developers; implemented new CRM Service reports.
