Duties included passenger logistics, planning, assigning and evaluating work for psa’s, ensuring safe and efficient movement of passengers at the Horizon Aeordrome, handling passenger and luggage issues, attending safety meetings and participating in weekly conference calls with Canadian North support staff.

Began as a passenger service agent. Transitioned to dispatch and worked with our sked and charter fleet over and under 12,500 on the coast of BC and Peace River area. Responsible for flight operations in Vancouver overseeing (4) Convair 580’s and BAE 146 aircraft. Responsible for crew management and scheduling. Acted as laison between the company and charter clients, especially in the fishing lodge industry.
