Safety Manager/Senior ES&H Representative – Managed four Industrial Safety Professionals. Provided technical support and daily field ES&H oversight for over 200 craft workers on construction and hazardous waste site deactivation and demolition projects. Provided technical support and field oversight for removal of chemical hazardous materials, asbestos abatement, and radiological hazardous materials. Developed over 430 Activity Hazards Analysis for work planning and numerous material hoisting and rigging plans.

Provided technical support on the Project Review Committee and Project Planning Teams which develop, review and approve project work control and safety documents. Conducted accident/incident investigations and assessments for compliance to OSHA and company regulations and procedures. Instructor for Employee ES&H Orientation, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Lockout/Tagout and Asbestos Awareness Training. Supervised a 19 member ES&H staff and a 110 member emergency brigade. Developed the Industrial Hygiene program and established monitoring and characterization of approximately 30 chemicals. Conducted process hazard reviews for chemical plant processes. Team leader for the Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Team for transportation incidents.

Senior Health Physicist – Provided health physics technical support for three nuclear reactors. Senior Health Physics Supervisor for K and L area nuclear reactors and managed a staff of nine radiological technicians. Additional supervisory positions included Health Physics support for Waste Management, Separations, Raw Materials, environmental monitoring, personnel dosimetry, whole body counter, and bioassay departments.
