· Directly responsible for contract programming, community planning and real property for Altus AFB
· Fixed long standing ACES database issues for all projects, ensuring Altus had all projects properly programmed and categorized for higher HQ data pulls
· Took the lead on 2 Economic Analyses for MILCON projects and made certain $28M in construction continued without delays
· Re-worked entire facilities board plan to involve customers and leadership in prioritization process and guaranteed $126M of construction projects were programmed
· Briefed Senator Coburn during a base tour gaining support and an assurance of funds for $8.9M DASR project
· Designed and executed over $1.4M in construction projects, covering areas such as renovations, storm damage repair and new construction
· Project manager of MILCON projects valued at $13.3M, kept on schedule and in budget
· Implemented new AF Incident Management System by bringing 33 base agencies and senior staff in line with new expectations, leading Altus to be the first in AETC to have this system in place
