o Implemented all Owner selections, redlines and RFI adjustments into plans for final City review, approval and permitting.
o 100% financial control of creating and maintaining project budget, monthly Owner draws and subcontractor and vendor payments: projects listed above exceeded budgeted Overhead, Profit and Fee. Reviewed and approved all as built designs and submittal packages.
