Having above Seven years of experience in the field of NDT. Off Shore, On Shore & Shut down as a multi-Technician in all Methods with reputed Oil and Gas Industries with enough information in testing on piping, Structures, vessels and boilers.

Effectively I can handle and do perfect evaluation by UT (shear wave) on butt welds, Structural welding as per international standards and codes such as ASME's.

My Knowledge:

• Radiographic testing of pipe and pressure vessel

• Radiographic film interpretation and coordinating

• Ultrasonic inspection with normal Angle beam in welding.

• I have carried out DAC method with SDH, NOTCH.

• Experience in defect identification & classifying the type of Defects & Acceptances per standard.

• Carrying out various NDT Inspection in elements Material Pressure valves , End

• Plates, Flanges, Nozzle joints, Erosion &Corrosion Test in pipe lines and vessels Exchangers.

• Thickness checking in pipe lines and boilers, Furnaces, storage Tanks, Vessels.

• MPI &DP Test in all kind of weld and in fabrication works.

• Fluorescent test in machinery tools and weld.

• Maintaining daily reports and co-ordination with clients

• Worked as NDT Technician at Matrix NDT services (Tamil Nadu) from 2005 May 11th to January 2006

• Worked as NDT Multi Technician at Aruna Alias Steel Corparation (Tami l Nadu) from 2006 February 2nd to March 2009

• Worked as NDT Multi Technician at International Inspection Centre W.L.L (Kuwait) from May 6th 2009 to Jan 2011

• Worked as NDT Multi Technician at DAS ISLAND ADGAS Train 2 Shut down

(Abu Dhabi) 10 April 2011 to 13 May 2011
