Mine maintenance and production superintendent, primary responsibilities include installation and maintenance of mine infrastructure and training of inexperienced workforce to operate and repair new underground mining equipment while focusing on safety and production. Responsible for 10 salary supervisors and 50 hourly employees. Initiated training style designed to create and foster individual volition.

Service technician for mine equipment manufacturer responsible for training of new operators and maintenance personnel at mine sites in China, North America and Central America.
