WORK HISTORY:

Holiday Inn – Lansdale, Pa 1983 to 1990

Assigned to the housekeeping department where I was to train new employees the basic skills in flooring and carpet

cleaning. I also was responsible for trash removal in office areas as well as public. Responsible for maintaining

general upkeep of public areas, hallways, stairs, lobby, and windows.

Holiday Inn – Philadelphia, Pa 1990 to 1995

I again was appointed to the housekeeping department where my duties were to deliver laundry to workers, set up

banquets, conferences, general cleaning of public areas, flooring and carpet cleaning.

Techno Core – Philadelphia, Pa 1973 to 1982

This was a janitorial / custodial contracting services, I was contracted out to various facilities such as colleges,

manufacturing companies, insurance companies, hospitals and a host of others. I was given the privilege of being

assigned the duties of floor and carpet technician.

Skills:

• Specialize in flooring (stripping, mopping, waxing, sealing), and carpet cleaning. Such duties as emergency rooms,

cafeterias, banquet rooms, meeting or conference rooms, learn to handle chemicals and solutions with accurate

precision.

• Able to meet all dead lines in a timely manner.

• Outstanding record for meeting all contracted obligations.

• Can operate all industrial machinery and equipment.

• Able to train and supervise new employees at the entry level position.

• Can lift up to 70lbs, and maybe more.

Received GED in 1977 from Norristown H.S.

Opportunity Industrial Center (O.I.C ) 1982 to 1983: Attended classes for hospitality and janitorial services, where I

received an award from OSHA Environmental Workshop.

Associates Degree: Metropolitan Career Center of Technology 2008 to 2012: Where I received my in such fields as

Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint. I also maneuvered the abilities

hardware and there many function in systematical operation of the computer such as networking and routing; My

internship consisted of refurbishing, imaging and rebuilding a usable operating system on various makes of

computers, which included Dells to Hewett Packard.
