Worked as a server in a fine dining restaurant with Chef/Owner Greg Sonnier who prepared Creole cuisine in what was voted one of the top ten restaurants in the city of New Orleans. Chef Sonnier was also one of five nominees for the southeast region for the 2005 James Beard Foundation award for best chef and restaurant. Served premium wines and cocktails and catered to the many locals who dined with us on a regular basis as well as visitors to our city.
