Project Name : Death Process
Project related Process : Pension, DC, Life Insurance and Health Care
Project Description : Analyze the deceased person’s benefit and process the benefit to the dependent’s with the help of documents.
Job responsibilities include:
Analyze the received request of the deceased for the Pension, Life and Health and Welfare benefits from the respective product.
In the above products, for Health and Welfare and Life Insurance, end date the plans in an Oracle environment called HOBS.
Identify the beneficiaries of the deceased for respective product and perform the beneficiary qualification.
Create a detailed letter to the qualified beneficiaries informing the eligible benefits that are payable and requesting the relevant documents.
Perform Quality Check and Audit (Internal) of letters for the above.
Manage on-shore calls with our partners on any clarification, Error Discussions and Classifications, Reports for the same on a weekly basis.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Errors from my team members. Handled a team of 6 members as a trainer and Quality Auditor for a new Integrated Project - Death.
One of the members of the Integrated Project - Death, which is up and running now along with my current process.
