Greeting and logged in patients arriving at office. Creating new patients charts, showed patients to examination rooms and prepared them for the physician. Recorded patients, medical history vital statistics and information such as test results. Operated (EKG) pacemaker Medtronic machine and ST Jude .I performed general lab duties such as Drawing blood, venipuncture, injections, INR, and vital signs. Knowledge of (lab quest, ICD-9 Coding) and requisition forms. I Multi-tasking front and back office, answering phones, inventoried office supplies and equipment. I provided high quality, compassionate patient care. Responsible for patient information, Medical History, Vital signs, Blood Pressure, Temperature, Pulse, Respiration.
