DUTIES:
Provide private first hand care for clients
Ensure safety and maximum comfort of clients

QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE:
Hands on experience on Tracheostomy care: Removal, cleaning and replacement of inner canula, Suctioning and oxygenation of trash with humidified air.
Administration of PO medications, Wound care, Finger sticks for Diabetic patients, Stormy Care, cleaning and change of stormy bag, catheterization.
Foley care with recording of Intake and Output. Giving Bed bath and patient grooming, Collect blood and urine sample for lab works. Checking and monitoring thrills and bruits sound for AV fistula for patients.
Make appointments for patients and keep track of medicine administered and other treatments received by patient.
Check patient’s Vital Signs: Blood pressure, Temperature pulse, Respiration and Pain including height and weight. Proper documentation and reporting abnormalities. Care for Alzheimer and Dementia patients Therapeutic communication with schizophrenic patients.
Patient and family teaching and proper documentation of every task done.
