PROFESIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mechanical:
• Responsible for complete mechanical design and documentation of battery system for use in a
wide range of industrial, residential and military applications
• Utilize SolidWorks for 3D design, layout, sheet metal, mechanical and electrical wire modeling
of lithium-ion battery systems. Designed of new mechanical models/parts and assemblies.
• Created product documentation: solid modeling of parts and assemblies, technical drawings, bills of materials using MYSIS, and ECR/ECN.
• Responsible for incorporating design changes, revisions on existing mechanical/electrical engineering documentation: ECR and ECN
• Released parts and assemblies using PDM Works.
• Designed, developed, and assembled fixtures, weather and vandal resistant lighting for commercial applications, working with sheet metal, castings and extrusion processes.
• Created and documented design drawings and models for a variety of engineering projects such as engine and compressors tolerances that exceeded ISO 9001 standards, ASME, MIL-STD.
