I am working in the Multi-layer department as an Lead hand operator and I am responsible for inspection of various cores, measurement of each core thickness with Micrometer and lay-up the cores in sequence as per the built-up recommended in flow sheet by using specific type of glass fiber prepegs, also responsible to press this layers in the automatic hydraulic press loaded with all the recipes programs with different Temperatures , Pressures and time according to types of prepegs used to form PCB manufacturing boards and drill and rout the board on Excellon and Hitachi 3-axis CNC machine according to programs.
