Determination of the identity of Salmon colored H2S producing colony isolates from fish and meat and their characterization by Real-time PCR. The objective of this work is to confirm Shewanella putrefaciens from a set of 40 isolates (both Cod and Haddock) by various metabolic and enzyme tests.
