Developed plans, designed, and managed all engineering and sales activities. Advisor to COO regarding all daily business operations, financials, activities, and future plans.

Solicited and landed 5 new major accounts, generating $2 million plus of new annual revenue, breaking a two-year run of no new business in the company.

Due to increased sales, generated the need for near double capacity; identified facility and negotiated contract for new, larger building.

Designed business, and sales and marketing procedures, and introduced procedural policies – a company first. Monitor competitive information; publish monthly sales forecast.
