Key Responsibilities handled as Senior Process and Production Engineer
1. Process Monitoring of Once Through Hydrocracker Unit, Hydrogen Generation Unit and Nitrogen Generation unit with special emphasis on Catalyst Performance, Process Optimization and Quality improvement of products.
2. Development of Process Modification Schemes and implementation of the same after carrying out detailed feasibility study to reduce the operating cost of plant and to further improve the efficiency of plant

2. Ensure strict adherence to product quality in coordination with the quality control and zero breakdown in coordination with maintenance departments

1. Part of a 6 member team entrusted with the responsibility of commissioning of Once Through Hydrocracker Unit, Hydrogen Generation Unit and Nitrogen Generation Unit
2. Responsible for stabilization and benchmarking of various process parameters for the plant post the initial start up and subsequent PGTR of Once Through Hydrocracker Unit, Hydrogen Generation Unit and Nitrogen Generation Unit
3. Responsible for cross-checking of ITB and BDEP prepared by the Licensors for Once Through Hydrocracker Unit, Hydrogen Generation Unit and Nitrogen Generation Unit
4. Responsible for detailed P&ID checking, checking of Vessels and Column internals, controller logic checking
5. Execute several special activities prior to unit start-up like Furnace Dry Out, Catalyst Loading, Oil Circulations, Flushing Operations, Pressure Testing, Catalyst Pre-Treatment etc
6. Cross-check various process parameters and optimizing the same using PRO-II based simulation of the plant
7. Coordinate amongst various agencies, contractors and sub-contractors to carve out the best suitable path for completion of the project within scheduled time
