Nations Home Warranty Director of Operations 3/93-10/99
New business venture working with ownership group to set up new residential home warranty company. Developed original warranty policy setting binding standards and limitations of liability, facilitated licensing through the Texas Real Estate commission. Hired and managed full staff of 30 customer service and marketing reps. Implemented and managed independent computer programming staff in the design of database to meet state requirements allowing for processing of claims. Negotiated pricing and wrote contracts with sub contractors, introduced “per contract pricing” standard to ease cash flow.
