• Reduced DSO by 8 days in first 6 months; maintained a 94.5% collections efficiency.

• Collected $9 million plus over 90 days while clearing another $13 million in deductions.

• Achieved 98% current receivables while reducing DSO from 91 days to 32 days; sales increased 27% without increasing receivables.

• Created and implemented all processes for liens, UCC filings, bonds and negotiation of contract terms to protect Hebel’s financial exposure which secured over $3.5 million in receivables.

• Developed and implemented (from non-existence) forms, procedures and security documents (PMSA) for a new Distributor/VAR sales program offering sales potential of $1.9 million secured.

Kraft Food Service, Inc. – Atlanta, Georgia

January 1993 – July 1997

District Credit Manager for the Atlanta District. Responsible for credit decisions involving $30 million monthly accounts receivable. Duties included credit, collections and customer relations’ functions, sales support and management of 5 member staff.

• Reduced DSO from 32 days to 21 days in first year.

• Initiated an aggressive collection plan and raised percent current to 94%.

• Improved district credit ranking from 44th to 5th position nationwide.

• Sales increased 34% for 2 years while DSO and percent current remained steady.

• Developed a cost-effective pre-payment plan for southeastern hospitals resulting in one-half million dollars additional working capital.
