Development of an Operations Manual for the Engineering team ESEC (European Sustainment Engineering Capability) in consideration of the valid contracts between NATO, its agencies and EADS Dornier. Leading a team of 4 engineers.
Preparation of 5 Technical Operating Procedures to ensure processes within DIN ISO 9000.
Establishment and Maintenance of Documentation Baseline for the TCA Aircraft within 3 Month after taking over from NATO.
Coordination of 3 to 5 Change Recommendations (AFTO 22) within the US Air Force Technical Order System of the NATO AWACS fleet on a daily basis.

Product Support Engineer (2002-2004)
Coordinator for post delivery transactions within the Eurofighter project with the European partners BAE Systems (U.K.), EADS CASA (Spain) and Alenia (Italy).

Reducing of outstanding work on the EADS manufactured Centre fuselage with the program management of European development partners on-site. Within a years time the outstanding work (25,000 mh/y) was reduced to less than 15% and the working party onsite BAE was pulled back. The rest of the work was successfully handed over to BAE Systems.
Temporary Technical EADS Representative in Warton (U.K.) and Turino (Italy) responsible for the Eurofighter final assembly lines to support successfully first B-Testing at BAE and first Ground Run at Alenia.
Design Engineer (2001-2002)
Plant representative for configuration management of manufacturing related design changes within the Eurofighter program. Prioritizing more than 50 changes per week on the Configuration-Change-Board without impact on assembly line or delivery schedule.
