Objective:
• The main objective is to find the reason behind employees leaving the organization by doing analysis on their exit interview forms.
Findings:
• Compensation is not meeting the market standards
• Lack of work life balance
• Lack of role clarity
• Dissatisfaction due to performance rating system.
• Work pressure is high
Suggestions:
• Establish separate sub department under HR department where separate specialists can handle the employees who are facing problem in the organization.
• Employer should interact to employee in informal way at least once in every month, this gives some scope to understand the grievances of employees.
• Priority should be given for extracurricular activities by providing gym, indoor games and possible outdoor games. Arranging outings to the employees along with their families once in year. Employer should celebrate employee’s birthdays, anniversaries with gifts.
• Employer can provide subsidy food, valet parking and transport facilities for outstation employees.
• Rethink about the working hours on weekend. Since every MNC exempts working on Saturdays can even adopt the same strategy by which stress on employee can be reduced.
