Welding
• Constructed pressure vessels from start to finish, by reading blueprints and weld symbols, along with MIG, flux core, and oxyacetylene cutting torches.
• Constructed car wash equipment using TIG, MIG, and plasma torches on materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel tubing.
• MIG welding of highway lighting to water and radio transmission towers. TIG welding to manufacture Nema control boxes, and stop light control boxes out of mild steel and aluminum.
• Used MIG, TIG and prints to manufacture parts to customer’s exact specifications.
• Utilized blue prints , MIG, flux core, oxyacetylene rigs, and track torch to fabricate storage racks, train trestles, and bridge components.
