Female , from Iraqi origin educator, smart, leader, works well under pressure of deadlines, strong attention for small details, familiar with Iraqi, Gulf and Levantine dialect and culture, served in Iraq three tours as a US Army Linguist & Cultural Adviser and Iraqi Language & Culture Instructor.

OBJECTIVE

A teaching or a translation position in a well established language department where I can integrate my academic skills and use the best teaching methodologies and approaches in teaching the target language for non native speakers and be capable of conducting research in various aspects of the language to progress and ensure the best possible academic results.

Assisted bilingual students to overcome the cultural shock and eliminate the social distance by introducing them to the American Culture through the school’s social activities and cultural events.
