Frequency and Neighbor Planning of2G and 3G new sites.

Optimization of sites to improve KPI for new sites.

Checked daily reports from OMC and undertook drive test to:
- Identify areas with worst performing cells based on TCH AND SDCCH drop call rate, high handover failure, poor call success rate, poor uplink and downlink quality in Network / BSC and improved the overall signed KPIs of the area classes.

Analyzed hardware alarms in network and made action plans to get the same resolved.
