Synopsis:

Frequency and Neighbor Planning of2G and 3G new sites.

Drive test log analysis for sites and optimizing the new sites.

Optimization of sites to improve KPI for new sites.

Clearance of KPI parameter plot.

Checked daily reports from OMC and undertook drive test to:

- Identify areas with worst performing cells based on TCH AND SDCCH drop call rate, high handover failure, poor call success rate, poor uplink and downlink quality in Network / BSC and improved the overall signed KPIs of the area classes.

Supported Field Optimization Engineers as and when required.

Analyzed hardware alarms in network and made action plans to get the same resolved.

Monitored KPI & optimization of existing sites and planned frequency for new sites to maintain minimum interference (C/I and C/A) in the existing network.
