I launched a Coldwell Banker franchise, and grew it to #28 out of 3,000+ brokers in US, and was ranked #247 of all mega-brokers in US. Additionally, I have a Real Estate Broker’s License in North Carolina. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Grew firm into industry leader. Acquired a small real estate firm with annual sales volume of $14M and revenue of $420K. Grew company to seven offices, 250 agents, and 29 staff with annual sales of $514M and $16M revenue. Averaged growth of 13% to 60% annually, and was ranked in the top 5% in the industry.
Built multi-million dollar asset company from the ground floor. Launched real estate asset company in order to develop and construct commercial properties. Developed and built 14 projects totaling $29M+, with 190K square feet of office/retail space. Achieved a return on asset (ROA) of 13.8%.
Developed company with 665 total properties. Started a development and construction company to develop residential communities. Developed and built 15 communities, totaling $71M+ in value, 95 buildings, 111 lots, 407 units, and 147 homes. Successfully achieved an ROA of 8.8%.
Created and implemented chart of accounts for balance sheet and P&L. Kasey Properties needed a chart of accounts to keep track of the balance sheet and P&L statement. Created / implemented chart to track loans, assets and sales. Tracked individual loans with specific activities and proper balance sheet relief from assets.
Designed proposal, forecasting $1M in tax savings. Developed an acquisition proposal which would involve acquiring a real estate firm in a different geographic region. Created a system to have a very high amount of ordinary income tax rate versus capital gains. Proposed $1M+ in tax savings for real estate firm.

Managing Director, Kasey Properties, LLC / Kasey Homes ($34M residential/commercial asset management and holding company), 1999 to 2009. Provided leadership and direction to all aspects of operational, financial and personnel matters within real estate and construction. Oversaw full P&L and development firms holding subsidiaries through acquisitions/mergers, start-ups and partnerships. Directed real estate negotiations and permitting.
Managing Director, Kasey Realtors, LLC ($514M Coldwell Banker real estate firm), 1988 to 2009. Pioneered the launch/development of full service CB firm. Handled talent acquisition and recruiting efforts to ensure top-performing that surpassed objectives. Administered operating budget of $4.6M and hired/managed 29 employees.
