Pharmaceutical Chargeback/Contract Specialist Senior

• Responsible for administering and analyzing GPO and Local Vendor Contracts to include eligibility, item, cost, and pricing updates for assigned pharmaceutical and medical supplies suppliers.

• Provides sales support and data analysis to include monthly/daily reports, and notifications to field personnel, branch management, and manufacturers.

• Continues to assist with system improvements directed towards IT defects, ideas, and training to ease the conversion to SAP/Vistex from the legacy system JD Edwards.

• Researches and reconciles rebate discrepancies, manages resubmission and payback processes to resolve outstanding claims.

• Concurrent with Gross Profit and Margins as a primary focus for assisting in eligibility and administering contract eligibility; implementing accuracy, communication to sales reps to reduce rejected reimbursement claims.

• Processes supplier rebate credits and discrepancies in various applications.

• Supports continuous process improvement by utilizing Lean and Wig concepts.

• Maintains supplier to PSS customer cross-reference information.
