Supervisory experience
• Supervised day to day Maintenance of all assigned B-2s, directed shift of 30 personnel on average
• Performed In Process Inspections and 7 level assessments to ensure repair integrity
• Coordinated/Led Low Observable operations at Forward operating location
• Identified, accomplished preservative treatments and corrosion preventative measures
• Directed/Performed scheduled maintenance on support equipment
• Served as units manufactured tool representative, drove annual inspections of all previously approved tools
Structural Repair Mechanic
• Drove completion of two elevon corrosion repairs--cut $1.2M in replacement costs/averted depot assistance
• Lead technician on 1st ever weapons bay door puncture repair; restored critical outer mold line contour--averted 90 day down time
• Pinpointed/repaired engine inlet fairing dis-bond; eradicated possible damage to $3.3M engine
• Repaired three cracked aft titanium skins; installed doublers/stiffeners extended service life 1K flying hours to each deck
• Repaired damaged T-38, hand formed replacement structural assembly and skin
• Fabricated leading edge skin for damaged rocket launcher worked closely with engineers to develop new procedure that made repair flight worthy.
