 Served as department head of South Florida division, consisting of 5 counties while establishing 2 Community Development Districts designed to do offset Hard & Soft Land Development Costs through Bond Sales.

 Heavy Highway Construction (State DOT, County, Local, Private), Earthwork & Reclamation, Bridges.

 Played a key role in solving multiple environmental issues at reasonable cost and successfully completing all developments on a timely basis, and turning the projects over to respective owners on or ahead of deadline.

 Managed due diligence on over 20 purchase contracts for more than $200 million in real estate development properties within the last 5 years.

 Developed ongoing entitlement relationships in a highly competitive marketplace, gaining expertise in identifying and evaluating numerous real estate opportunities that resulted in securing properties under contract.

 Reinstated DRI and multiple expired development permits without incurring any additional penalties or construction delays.
