Selected Project Highlights:

Project Manager for JFK Airport renovations with capital budget of $8 million, including relocation of 27 man holes and existing cables, inspection of conduit construction, road restoration inspection, the management of time reporting, cost correlation, material project coordination and expense budgets. Coordinated activities between Port Authority, Federal Aviation Administration, airlines and contractors. Project completed on-time and under budget.

Project Manager for New York City Sewer Project with capital budget of $6 million. Re-routed all Verizon facilities, responsible for conduit construction, restoration of roads and highways, correlated activities with Verizon contractors, city sewer contractors, Brooklyn Union Gas Company, Con Edison, FDNY and cable companies. Submitted daily reporting to New York City Department of Engineering.

Led Make Ready Project, North Jersey with capital budget of $11 million. Placed 600 square miles of Verizon plant into Federal compliance; thereby, allowing other utility companies to expand and build networks. Surveyed plant and drew engineering work orders. Oversaw 2 Local Managers and 33 Facility Technicians.
