From April 2010 joined with M/s Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd., (EPC) Mumbai based Company as Dy.Manager-HR & Administration (Projects) for their Anrak Aluminium Refinery Ltd., Project in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and responsible for independent Head for all HR & Admin activities implementation at Project Level and reporting to Sr.GM (Pers & Admin) in HO, Mumbai directly. (2 years and continuing as such).
