• Apprentice Technical Training was an opportunity to learn basics of
electricity, tools used, and troubleshooting/problem solving
skills. After completing ATT moved on to more in depth about
becoming an actual electrician. Discovered AC/DC, resistance,
continuity, alarms and warnings, mass communication,
digital/analog indication, revolution, meters, wet/dry cell,
cathodic protection, basic cable replacing/running/removal, equipment
installation.
SUMMARY OF SKILLS
• Troubleshooting: Determine causes of operating errors and deciding
the correct solution.
• Tools: Familiar with multimeters, calibration, voltmeters, shorting
probe, tone generators, wire tracing tools.

• Ship would pull in for three to five days to a different country
every so often. COMRAL would help community relations by
painting, disposal, building, helping, first-aid,
vaccines, etc.
