AUTOFORM TOOL MFG. AUG. 2001-CURRENT Perform on Continuous Improvement team to improve efficiencies and decrease scrap. Work with manufacturing and project engineers to improve standard work instructions and FTT studies. Perform PPAP’s and assist project engineer in APQP documentation. Construct and coordinate Internal Audit schedule, Layered Audit Schedule and Process and Product Audits. Ensure audits are completed in a timely manner and meet ISO, QMS and customer requirements. Participate in annual 3rd party registrations. Responsible for implementation of corrective action, addressing non-conformances found in audits.
