QUALITY SYSTEMS/INTERNAL AUDITOR COORDINATOR

AUTOFORM TOOL MFG. AUG. 2001-CURRENT Perform on Continuous Improvement team to improve efficiencies and decrease scrap. Work with manufacturing and project engineers to improve standard work instructions and FTT studies. Perform PPAP’s and assist project engineer in APQP documentation. Construct and coordinate Internal Audit schedule, Layered Audit Schedule and Process and Product Audits. Ensure audits are completed in a timely manner and meet ISO, QMS and customer requirements. Participate in annual 3rd party registrations. Responsible for implementation of corrective action, addressing non-conformances found in audits. Ensure quality management system meets and exceeds ISO, regulatory and customer demands. Create and control Level I, II and III documents that support QMS. Performed process and product audits on parts from beginning through end. Performed various lab tests on products, including surface finish, burst tests and contamination tests; Entered part dimensions for SPC and QMS analysis. Performed component layouts.
