Monitor daily construction activities,perform daily site-inspections and ensure compliance with the QA/QC program, project drawing and project specification.

Perform inspections as per ITP / Q.C Plan, co-ordinate with clients/TPI and prepare Inspection Reports.

Undertook Stage wise Inspections of Pipe Welds like Fit up, Visual and NDT

Surveillance & control of welding consumables storage and issue control system & Surveillance of welding activities at site and perform visual welding inspections

Documentation of all QA/QC activities and coordinate with clients.

Perform stage inspections as per ITP / Q.C Plan, co-ordinate with clients /TPI and prepare Inspection Reports.

Witness Welding Procedure Qualifications & Welders Performance Qualification Tests

Assessment of welders’ skill through routine checks and adopt corrective steps.

Inspection of coating raw materials,cutback preperation,cleanliness & profile.

Visual inspection of coating,thickness check and holiday testing of joint area.

Hydrotest package review.

Witness hydro test and pneumatic test.

Carried out Tank inspection in various stages.

Identify and report the project non-conformities and initiate necessary corrective actions in co-ordination with QA/QC Manager.

Co-ordinate with Non-Destructive Testing agencies for conducting NDE
