C&M Manufacturing was founded in 1989 as a Manufacturer of custom machined parts. The company grew in sales volume in year 1 of $99,000 to $3.2 million, employing 30 people, over a 20 year period. An aggressive sales program helped procure customers such as Motorola, GE Aerospace, Baxter Healthcare, Weber Stevens, Mercedes Benz, and the US Government. C&M specialized in multi-axis machined parts including cell phone housings, IV bag molds, outdoor grill parts, and C&M patented assembly fixtures.
As a working owner my core competencies and duties included the following:
