Kit audits in advanced of turn time

Assemble equipment per company policies and procedures

Load feeders

Test raw solder, run re-flow oven

Setup programs for various SMT machines (ASSEMTEC)

• AOI Operator/ QA final

Set up inspection program with CAD data for AOI or directly on machine

Perform first article inspection for SMT

Review AOI inspection for accurate, consistent detection of SMT paste, component placement and solder joint defects

Verify real defects and create documents to report to customer

Ability to recognize problems in the operation process or with components and to communicate those problems to machine operator for immediate correction

Final inspection to ensure processes are setup correctly 100% per specification once the product begin shipping
