• Estimated and bid commercial construction projects, business remodels, and tenant improvements throughout the Treasure Valley. Specialties were steel stud framing, gypsum board, and acoustic suspended ceilings.
• Managed all aspects of a project including material purchasing, buying or renting equipment, managed personnel between projects, working closely with subcontractors, and overseeing all financial aspects.
• Coordinated submittals, change orders, requested information to ensure projects ran smoothly through all phases, and work to control costs during any updates.
• Worked closely with architects, general contractors, and engineers to ensure take off was accurate and that the project would run smoothly.
• Was a superintendent at Micron, managing construction of clean room expansions and office remodeling.
