• Estimated and bid commercial construction projects, business remodels, and tenant improvements throughout the Treasure Valley. Specialties were steel stud framing, gypsum board, and acoustic suspended ceilings.

• Managed all aspects of a project including material purchasing, buying or renting equipment, managed personnel between projects, working closely with subcontractors, and overseeing all financial aspects.

• Coordinated submittals, change orders, requested information to ensure projects ran smoothly through all phases, and work to control costs during any updates.

• Worked closely with architects, general contractors, and engineers to ensure take off was accurate and that the project would run smoothly.

• Was a superintendent at Micron, managing construction of clean room expansions and office remodeling.

• Set up weekly meetings to coordinate scope, secure key dates with sub-contractors, and team partners to meet company deadlines for completion.

• Worked with city and county officials on all inspections and working within building code requirements.

• Approved complaints with builder’s representative, placed work orders, and than repaired the damage.

• After approval, worked with builder to schedule repair and after work was complete followed up to ensure timely payment was processed.

• Manage employees and hours worked on a weekly basis by balancing work orders, material invoices, and receipts for all projects.

• T.I. and ground-up construction for financial institutions, updating facilities and bank branch locations.

• The key customers were Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America.

• Regular travel was required due to contract covering large region of Northern, and Southern California.

• Key projects were installing new branding, ATM machines, drop boxes, and adding security features.

• Trades consist of wood/metal stud framing, drywall installation, finish suspended ceilings (plus doors), door jamb/hardware installation, masonry and concrete form setting along with finishing.

• Conducted ADA upgrades such as ramps, egress doors, and bathroom access fixtures.

• In charge of materials, personnel, plan submittals and pulling permits to get the job finished, and within budget.

• Managed financial institutions upgrades, and branch remodels for key customers as World Savings, Sanwa Bank, Cathay Bank and Banko Popular.

• Installed ATM machines, and night-drop safe boxes at several bank branch locations.
