EMPLOYMENT

Home Restoration/Remodeling. Experienced in all aspects of the job including but not limited to framing, roofing, plumbing and electrical. Required on a monthly basis to maintain all company's residential properties inside as well as the exterior and lot. Work as part of a two man crew, proficiently with little to no supervision.

April 2010-May 2011 Seasonal Yard Work, Avon Ohio.

Landscape foreman, duties included all aspects of lawn care from weeding and trimming to installing lawns and gardens, trees and bushes. jobs were done fast, efficient and within the budget.

March 2009-February 2010 APT Management, Property Maintenance, Sherwood Forrest Apartments, Elyria Ohio.

Maintenance for a 282 unit property. Duties included work orders, clean out of evictions/ move outs, remodel suites up to codes and standards, some HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair/painting and carpentry.

May 2006-January 2008 Carpenter, Karaoke Candy Store inc., Sandusky Ohio

I was the main carpenter, framer, and designer for a local music store. I constructed 6 lesson rooms, a lounge, and a 35'x15' stage with risers and control booth. Managed a crew of 2-3, which we completed all assignment on time and within budget. Designed the layout of the stage lesson rooms and lounge. Responsible for the estimates and material list.

February 2004-May 2006 General carpenter, Praxis Group inc., Parma Ohio

I provided general carpentry on many sites including two schools, a condominium complex, daycare facility and an Edison Electric building. Managed a crew of 10 to frame and sheet the roof of an elementary school, including guiding the crane. I helped with acoustic ceilings and soffits on another elementary school. Framed interior and exterior of Edison Electric center, including windows, doors, soffits, and ceilings. I operated electric lifts and JLG lifts. Have done siding on a 3 story condominium complex. I labored the entire site, kept it clean and got material on a daily basis. Framed and sheeted a roof and sided a daycare.

February 2003-February 2004 General laborer, Valore Inc., Westlake Ohio

I was a laborer for a residential company, in charge of 4 sites, 2 of which were multimillion dollar homes. Made sure all sites were cleaned daily, interior and exterior. Moved tools and material from site to site.

January 2001-February 2003 General carpenter and laborer, Tomkat Construction Inc., Parma Ohio

I was a general carpenter and laborer on residential and commercial sites. Framed and sheeted various office buildings including ceilings, did the interiors of a few different restaurants, and built a house from the ground to key. Metal stud and drywall, taping, acoustic ceiling, operating a laser in the offices. Furniture restoration, trim, and some cabinetry in the restaurants. Framing, sheeting, siding, roofing, windows and doors. Also did insulation, drywall, taping, painting, papering, and some concrete form work.
