Currently working as Asst.Manager Mechanical with HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LIMITED (ADITYA BIRLA GROUP), for last 18 years.

Leading Mechanical and Maintenance department comprising a fleet of HEMM’s (L &T,TATA HITACHI,CATERPILLAR,CUMMINS,KOMATSU,ATLAS-COPCO,INGERSOLL RAND,MAHINDRA& MAHINDRA,KIRLOSKAR & ASHOK LEYLAND ),with a total Manpower strength of 109 in the department.

Approving Rolling plans and Capex Plans with Planning, Budgeting and Costing of Repair and Maintenance Budget, under the constraints of increased availability and cost effectiveness.

Critically analyzing the feasibility and calculating the life cycle of equipments and spares for new procurement.

Preparing schedule for all types of maintenance such as predictive preventive, periodic and scheduled maintenance.

Assembling to complete overhauling of whole fleet of equipment.

Seamlessness with the store dept in inventory control making it to Zero Inventories.

Procurement and maintenance of all Generator Sets and Water Pumps including Heavy Duty Weigh Bridge.

Head of all civil constructions, including water supply and electricity supply in near by vicinity and colony premises.

Accredited the Unit with (INDIAN STANDARD ORGANISATION) ISO 9001, 14001 & OHS 18001, last but not the least with INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

Approvals and Procurements of new equipments after analyzing Request for Appropriation.

Strict control and regulation of HSD and Lubricating Oils Consumption (Hydraulic Oils, Engine Oils, Transmission Oil).

Proper Disposal of Burnt Lubricating Oil and Different Waste Generated from the factory.

Worked around 6 months; from Feb,25, 1992 to Aug,06, 1992 as Foreman in M/S Kalyanpur Cement Ltd. Banjari, Rohatas, India.

Worked around 1 year; from Feb,25, 1991 to Feb,1992, as Service Engineer in M/S Ranchers Marketing Co. Ranchi, India.

Worked around 1 year, from May, 1, 1990 to April, 30, 1991, as Service

Engineer in M/S Ashoka Automobiles Ranchi, India.
