Superintendent for the “Eastside Lancaster High School. Supervised the installation of 1,200 ft. 60” to 24” R.C.P. Storm Drain, 12” D.I.P. domestic water lines, and 8” C-900 Fire lines, Fire Hydrants, D.C.D.A’s and 8” Sewer lines. Installation of sewer, water and storm drain lines. Rough to Finish Plumbing of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Maintenance Facility, Van Nuys, CA.

2003 – 2004 Abbott Plumbing, Las Vegas, NV

Superintendent for new commercial construction division. The construction of a 4- story “Hilton Garden Inn” over saw all plumbing from underground to top- out. Installed “Sovent” system throughout, and attended all meetings. Installed all Industrial plumbing for a large truck wash that included 2” to 12” PVC schedule 80 pipe and fittings, as well as high pressure washer lines. Constructed the “Valley High School” Theater addition, which included all underground plumbing, top- out, and 4” to 8” cast iron no hub roof drain leaders.

2002 – 2003 R.B. & G. Construction CO., INC. Bellflower, California

Superintendent for the new construction of the first ground up 64,000 sq. ft.“Food 4 Less” store in Las Vegas. Responsible for all sub trades, and keeping an accelerated schedule on time. Meeting with owner Representatives, Architects, and Engineers on a weekly basis to discuss schedule, and any changes. Start up of the new “Yellow Checker Star” Cab maintenance facility in Las Vegas.
